The honest way in

Beat the brokers at the legit door.

The account farms don’t win because they’re faster than you at checkout — they win because they’re registered and ready and you aren’t. Here’s how to be first at every legitimate presale, with nothing that risks your account.

01

Artist & mailing-list presale

The day a tour is announced, sign up on the artist's own site and follow their socials. The presale code emails straight to subscribers — this is the earliest, easiest door and most fans skip it.

02

Verified Fan — the big one ★

Ticketmaster's own anti-bot program. You register during a sign-up window that closes DAYS before the on-sale; selected fans get a unique code. It exists to keep the account farms out — which makes it the fan's single best weapon. Miss the registration deadline and you're locked out of the best door before it opens.

03

Card presales

Citi (by far the most common on big tours), plus Amex, Chase, Capital One. If you hold the card, you get presale access and a code path. Check the artist's ticket page for which card unlocks this show.

04

Venue, promoter & radio presales

Sign up for the newsletters of every venue on the routing you'd travel to, plus the promoter (Live Nation / AEG). Local radio stations often post codes publicly. These are legal, public, and underused.

05

General on-sale

The last resort. By the time it opens, Verified Fan and the presales have already taken the best inventory — which is exactly why the rungs above matter.

The deadline that gets you

Verified Fan registration closes days before the on-sale, not the day of. Most real fans find out on on-sale morning — already locked out of the best door. Register the moment a tour is announced.

Track a tour

The real presale + on-sale schedule for an artist, straight from Ticketmaster’s public listings — so you know the exact windows to be ready for.

The one credential a broker can’t fake.

They can spin up 6,000 accounts. They can’t fake having actually been in the room. Real, proven presence is the honest answer to fake accounts — and the case for a world where the person who shows up gets first shot.
